The rules
It has to be your first attempt at The Hollow in that server. You can't stand in lantern zones, not even the edge of the light, apart from about 15 seconds in the first zone you spawn in. Some flowers sit right next to a lantern, so approach those carefully.
The badge says half or more of the flowers. Players report that solo runs need all 20 and that the half rule is for groups.
How players do it
- Gear up first: obsidian or thorn armor, a strong axe or chainsaw for flowers boxed in by trees, and lots of bandages.
- Pick upgrades for speed after each flower, then double health, fewer cultists and fewer wolves, then stop picking.
- Don't stop to fight. Run through the flowers, and jump and zigzag so crossbow cultists miss.
- Speed boosts help: jellyfish jelly from the Chef (catch jellyfish as the Fisherman), Halloween crockpot sweets, or the Big Game Hunter rabbit pelt.
