Steal A Balut: full overview
What Steal A Balut is
Steal A Balut is a Roblox tycoon built around a Filipino street snack. A balut is a boiled duck egg, and in this game every egg is a lottery ticket: break it open and a creature comes out, each one tagged with a rarity. The creatures you keep go into your base, where they pay out cash over time, and that cash buys faster movement and better tools. The Index button on the left side of the screen tracks what you have collected so far.
The game is listed under the developer name STEAL A BALUT, in the Simulation and Tycoon genres, with room for 7 players per server. It went up on October 18, 2026 and its last recorded update was November 3, 2026. At the time of writing it had about 6,100 players online, roughly 1.33 million visits and about 71,700 favorites, with 2,552 likes against 110 dislikes on its Roblox page.
How a run looks in the footage
We went through two community videos, one from the channel Yasi_ and one from Mr.Secret, and the same loop shows up in both. The first stretch is a plain green field with a wooden welcome arch, a tricycle, an upgrade sign for the Bakuran and a Shop and Index button on the left. The early objective reads Break a Balut, and the hotbar at the bottom holds a hammer and a blue sandal-shaped tool.
From there the player heads out to the open court or the neighborhood lanes. On screen you can see baluts scattered around with name and rarity tags such as Paru-paro Balut (Common), Durian Balut, Kuwago Balut, Kambing Balut and Kalabaw Balut. Some have a green luck multiplier floating next to them, and in one frame the tag reads x88.1 Luck. An Auto Swing button sits at the bottom of the screen, so attacks can run on their own while you move.
The stealing part is visible in the cemetery stage. A circular HOLD prompt appears next to a large dark creature labeled with a weight in kilograms, with the word Steal beside it. Another frame shows a lane between rows of colored houses with a red RUN! banner at the top and a Drop button at the bottom, while green creatures follow the player. We cannot say from the footage exactly what triggers the RUN! warning, only that it appears while the player is carrying something.
The screen and the numbers
The bottom left corner shows a running set of figures: a speed stat with a shoe icon and a multiplier next to it, such as (x40), (x250) and (x600) in different frames, plus a cash total with a per-second gain. One early frame shows $100 in cash, and later frames show $50.7M, $211M and $553M, so the numbers climb fast across a session.
Creatures that have been placed in the base show a dollars-per-second figure above them. In a top-down view of the base, one stack of ducks displays $1.1K/s for a Legendary and $133/s for a Rare Diamond Ipis, and a banner at the top reads You earn $3.7M /Day Offline. That banner is on screen in the footage; how the offline total is calculated is not explained there.
Bigger baluts carry health bars. In the clips a Haribon Balut shows 6.5B out of 13B HP, a Big Aswang Balut shows 561M out of 711M, and a Big Multo Balut shows 2.9B out of 4.9B. The rarity names that appear on tags in these frames run from Common through Epic and Legendary up to Mythic and Divine. A limited-time Starter Pack offer with a countdown also sits in the top right corner of most frames.
Areas and timed events
The footage shows more than one setting. There is the bright green starting field, a paved court with Filipino-style banners, a street of colorful houses, and a cemetery area titled Sementeryo with rows of white vaults. In that cemetery frame a Recommended: 10B line appears under the area name, which looks like a suggested stat level for the zone, though the video does not confirm what the number measures.
Server-wide events show up as banners. One reads Flood Control! with a note that you can get BASA mutations and a countdown, another reads BAGYO! with a note about ULAN mutations, and the screen fills with falling leaves during the second. Chat-style announcements in the same footage say an Epic Universal Egg or a Galactic Egg has spawned in places named Barangay, Lolo's and Alley, and one mentions 3 Jumbo Baluts spawning. We only know the wording of these messages, not the rules behind them.
What the community is doing with it
Both videos are plain playthroughs. Yasi_ tags the upload with Roblox tags in Filipino and English, and the title is just the game name. Mr.Secret's title and description are also only the game name with hashtags such as #stealabalut and #stealanegg. That second hashtag matters if you search for the game: some players use the older Steal an Egg name in the same breath, but the game on this page is Steal A Balut.
No video we checked has chapters or a written guide, so nothing here comes from a creator's own tips.
Codes on this site
The game's Roblox description lists three codes, and we cover them on our Steal A Balut codes page: RELEASED for $25,000 cash, BALUT for 500 Speed, and OG for 1,000 Speed plus $100,000 cash. Only RELEASED is also listed on a code-list site, and we have not been able to confirm where the code box is in the game, so we mark the others as unconfirmed and note that one site lists BALUT500 where the game says BALUT. Use that page for the current status rather than relying on this overview.
